I have a lump on back of neck in the middle just under hair line and its hard but when touch it moves around its about 1cm big and round shape should i be worry about it

Hello, attach a pic so easy to say.consult a general surgeon.as it moves so not attached to skull it may be SAEBACEOUS CYST.ok.
