Looks like a lipoma Not need to worry much. Just have it removed surgically That's the only option unfortunately. God bless

Hi there...I can understand your concern. From the picture it looks like it could be a lipoma, neurofibroma, ganglion, cyst. It will also depend on the duration of the lesion. The pain associated with it could be because it is present on a mobile area. Consult a general surgeon. They will examine it and suggest your the best mode of treatment.
