Lump on my shoulder and head
I have a golf ball to racket ball size lump on my upper left shoulder just off the base of my neck. I've had it for years but over the last few years I've noticed that it has gotten significantly bigger and now I can start to feel a dull pain going from the base of my neck across to the top of my arm. I've also got what feel like a semi solid mass on the upper left side on the back of my head that has grown in size as well it's about the size of a marble now.

Visit a general surgeon ASAP. On examination, if he/she finds it necessary , a biopsy may be needed...
Don't stall on it, get medical advice ASAP face to face.
