Lump on my hand and on stomach

Hi Doctor, I have lump on my right hand and on stomach just below heart /on left side. I want to remove these lumps. Pl advice on what methods are safe like leaser, by applying any ointment etc

I think its lipoma require surgical excision and biopsy Medicins and cream wont help
