I have a lump on my left testis and another lump starting on right testis is this causes testicular cancer

hello...every lump need not to be cancerous ..it could be local hematoma due to trauma , or infection .Seminomas are testicular cancers that grow slowly.other non seminomaus cancer involve lymph node .. it could be hernia , varicocele . consult general surgeon for detailed examination and investigation.
