Lump on inner thigh

I noticed pimple in my inner thigh near joint 2 to 3 days a go, today when it was paining i noticed it has increased and its pains when i walk or get rubbed with my underwear it is formed into a lump.. Is it a symtom of cancer.? Please suggest me some medicine

Hello dear patient this can be due to lymph node enkargent in groin area. Causes can be many eg bacterial or viral infections, also tuberculosis. Non infective causes are also there.you should book a consultation to be evaluated properly and treatment for this.
