I am 29 years old and suddenly after waking up in morning I experienced little pain in moving my face upside down. On checking I noticed there is lump on my chin. It is paining on applying pressure and is quite big. Please suggest cause, treatment

If it is painful with short history it's likely that you have a inflamed neck node due to infection in your mouth most likely teeth. Do show to a nearby ent specialist for examination and confirmation. It should get better with medicines
