  4. Lump on back side of neck. Please help!

Lump on back side of neck
Hi doctor having small lump inside can't see fron the outside felt only when touched I got it two years back it is not growing ...used to have heat acne (gaddalu in telugu) after that only I observed it ...is it related to cancer I am starting to panic please help
