Lump in throat. Mild ear and throat pain
I am having a lump in left side of  throat for more than a month it doesn't pain or increased in size. but sometimes i have pain while swallowing from left sometime mild ear pain as well. I am a heavy smoker. Can it be cancer. please help. I have frequent acidity as well.

Lump in neck can be due to variety of reasons, cancerous lump most often rapidly increases in size, but any lump needs evaluation with basic ultrasound of neck
