Lump in the neck..no pain..no difficulty in swallowing ..its for my grandpa of age 84. But when he spit sometimes little amount of blood is coming....saliva is like thick fluid...from old days itself he is having thick like fluid ..wwhen tested tb but it is normal..then wat would be the cause
