Lump in testicle. It may be cure or not.

Sir I feel lump in my right side testicle from 9 months. The lump is end of the testicle. it's size about 9mm sometime it get bigger. For this problem I run medicine from my near government hospitals (MBBS) doctor. But he can't cure my disease.after that I go with two different doctor (homeopathic).but problem remains same. This time I take medicine from my near by doctor Ajatshatru (m.d homeopathic)... Sir I'm little bit afraid from this problem.what it may be cure or not. I spend about 8000 rupees in my disease. I'm come from poor background family.. Sir before the lump I masturbating a lot... I don't know lump is happened because of masturbation or n't. Sir this time my semen consistency is watery and yellowish.. And black and red thread like structure in my semen.. Sir please help me 🆘
