Lump in scrotum

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have noticed a painful lump in my scrotum since last 3 days. it hurts when I walk or sit. When I touch to feel it , its not attached to either testicle as I'm able move around my testicles in scrotum. The lump is attached towards the bottom of my scrotum n it does not move around. What could be the reason of this lump.
