There is gaat in neck behind the ear in the neck and also tooth swoolen. Can you please advise why so

You seem to be suffering from cervical lymphadenitis secondary to throat or sinus related infections. Even scalp infections can cause this lymph node enlargement. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers for few days for faster recovery
