Lump in my scrotum mainly above testicle

Asked for Male, 17 Years

Hello Doctors, I'm a 17 year old male I don't know how but during self examination I found out that there is lump or a scrotal mass in my scrotum. It is not painful and it appears sometimes and sometimes it is disappears. Sometimes I feel it as a big lump, while sometimes it's not there means I can't feel it its like normal. The exact location is above testicle or nearby. I don't know what to do so I need your help to know that what is the situation and medical help I should go for. Thanking you all 🙏
