From last week feeling a lump in left side of neck. Is this cancerous. I am a smoker too and smoking since last 2 years. My age is 27.

Hi The information you provided is a bit inadequate. Lump means is it a frank swelling or you feel like some foreign body sensation while swallowing. Regards
