Lump in left auxillary region
Lump in left armpit with slight pain.Problem since last 1 month
FNAC and blood tests reveal symptoms of TB.
However I don't have any cold,cough,fever,weakness or pain
Is biopsy required to confirm on the same or I can directly start the medicines for TB.
Also why have I been asked to test for HIV as well.

There are various types of TB . lung TB causes the symptoms u have mentioned.
HIV test is mandatory for everyone before starting TB treatment, as mandated in the guidelines. Start your TB treatment ASAP.
