  4. Lump in breast. By they are painful!

I have a lump in my breast which is of the same size since the time I have noticed but when my periods nears by they are painful

This needs to be checked by a doctor immediately. It sounds not very serious,  but it does need to be checked..... You cannot leave anything to chance.... If possible do drop by to see me
