Lump in breast,5.2*2.5cm in right breast

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Plz refer my sonography, I have lump in both breast, right breast lump size is 5.2*2.5cm, left breast lump is smaller. I am unmarried but sexually active sometime. No breast cancer in family. Please suggest me...is it dangerous? Surgery is needed or only medication will reduce the size.
