Sir i dont know what ws that but i show lump when i get bend i dnt knw its is abs or wht i m doing gym so its not painfull but i can see small lump in corner and ending of abs what ws that hernia or not ??

Sir u should seek help from any physician even if it's not paining so as to clear ur doubt .it may be ur muscle as when we do exercise our muscles become hard
