Lump/bump in middle of penis
About 2/3 days ago i saw a lump/bump in middle of my penis since then it grew to the size of a pea. it hurts to touch it and hurts when comes in contact with anything. No pain in urine or anywhere else though.

Plz see a dermatologist. U have also not mentioned whether there was any sexual history or not.
There cd be multiple diagnosis which need to be ruled out like syphilis / HPV infections / herpes or may be just a mild skin eczema.
