Can anyone please tell me what is this lump at back side of my left tongue...it is hard when i touch it

Did you have a tongue bite..? Apply Zytee gel and kenacort ointment alternately with a half an hour gap over the lesion, twice a day for 2 weeks. To avoid future lesions from sharp teeth visit a dentist to get grinding/smoothening of the sharp edges.
