Lump and high alt

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I’ve not been feeling too well recently, very fatigued and drowsy. I also descovered a small pea size lump below my rib on the right. I have had blood tests done and the only thing that looks elivated is the serum ALT levels which are at 72. I know this is not massively high but with the lump being around the liver area should I be concerned?
