I am suffering back spinal pain (L3&4) from 24 July to till now.13 days admitted in hospital. I want to better treatment. Pls inform me.

according to MRI report you have got disc prolapse,it requires clinical examination and correlation of symptoms with MRI, consult orthopedic surgeon
