Which one is best lubricating eye drop. 1) Just tears or 2) Maxmoist??? Do these lubricating eye drops have side effect if we use them throughout life.

Both lubricating eye drops will have same efficacy if used properly No side effects of lubricating eye drops But periodic /6 monthly review with ophthalmologist necessary to determine effect of eye drops
