My wife had a frctr on lt ft ankl jt 3 wks back.X- ray rprtd lteral malleolas.She had a burn injury too in the afctd area for which plstr cld not be apld..burn injury now healed.. cnsltng Orthopaedic advsd futility of plastering at this stage & pt. not to walk. Can she apply crp bdg &walk on rt foot for bare nscty with the help of crutches.

It is better not to put weight on the leg for atkeast 5 weeks. If the fracture is displaced or moved from position she will need surgery.
