Lower right pain abdomen and back
I'm having sudden internal pain in my lower right near naval or abdomen. And also on lower right back. It's only internal pain and not while touching. Increases more while breathing in and sneazing. Don't have constipation.

May be due to renal or ureteric calculi. Any history of burning micturition or fever
