Noticed yesterday evening my lower legs felt tingly and have red spots with a white wealt around it. Just on lower legs, ankles, and sides/top/back of feet. Also my tongue is swollen a bit, but nothing alarming.
I searched and found "hives" & in images and by descriptions it seems exact.
I did start a new allergy medicine for this upper respiratory and sinus and throat. Which I only took one and have taken zero since then.
Before the breakout I had papaya and peanuts. In eve I ate rice and veggies and curd.
I am currently soaking legs in bucket with Dettol, vinegar, baking soda, and tea tree oil. And once finished lathering coconut oil and Boro Plus ointment.
Should I do anything else?
