Lower legs are itching
My lower legs are itching recently, i am poking them unknowingly, which causing red skin some times small wounds, solution please!

Hi. Greetings. The trigger for the itching could be anything... Anything as simple as dryness.. So first use a good moisturiser - something like cetaphil or even simple liquid paraffin. Stop scratching. This will only aggravate the problem by continuing it in the form of a vicious circle. Secondly see a dermatologist - u may need some stronger creams Incase you have developed lichen simplex chronicus due to scratching. Don't worry . it is easily treatable. Warm regards.
