Sir i have a problem with pain in left buttocks i cant sit for 1 hr also .instead of that saliva is coming some time.heaviness in mind. Sir i searched on google related to this pain i finally match to sciatia nerve pain.sir pls tell remidy for that

At home u have to apply ice on lower back and gluteal Area 2-3times per day. 10 min.whenever pain increase jst sleep on tummy at least 20min. For further treatment need to take proper physiotherapy treatment for dat go to physiotherapist near by to ur home
