Lower left abdominal pain when pressed

Question

Asked for Male, 49 Years

Have pain in the lower left abdomen when pressed or when urine is full or when coughing hard. Checked with general physician and did blood test, urine test and ultrsound and said all negative.Just gave paracetamol and antispasmodic tablet..Still pain not gone. Had myocardial infarction and 2 stents from 2009.
