Lower knee pain both legs
I'm experiencing knee pain more in right leg. from right knee I can feel some sound of bones whereas left knee doesn't do that and at times pain in unbareable and is observed in both knees. is it arthritis, osteoporosis or rheumatoid arthritis? I want to be a mountaineer and knees are very important for me.
