Lower knee pain both legs

I'm experiencing knee pain more in right leg. from right knee I can feel some sound of bones whereas left knee doesn't do that and at times pain in unbareable and is observed in both knees. is it arthritis, osteoporosis or rheumatoid arthritis? I want to be a mountaineer and knees are very important for me.

In your age osteoporosis and osteoarthritis are rare, may be simple patellofemoral maltracking or strain, consult orthopedic surgeon he will suggest treatment
