Lower hip pain neck pain numbness in leg

Question

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Getting numbness in legs and feeling pressure on right leg and feeling weekness and feeling frequent urination and on right thighs gets heats kind of feeling and sometimes headache and breath shortness and feels fearness kind of feeling . I have done spine MRI X ray back and TSR and urination test.eerything is normal and consulted psychiatrist urologist and Neuro surgeon . Not really understanding what's the problem pls help
