Lower backpain
I am having lower back pain from last 4 months. I did an xray, which came to be normal. When i walk, i cannot take long strides. Plus i cannot bend forward or backwards easily.I cannot twist without pain. Once i bend forward, i cannot hold up there, it start to pain. Plus i cannot lift my straight legs while standing or sleeping. There is no pain or numbness in my legs or thighs. When i have muscle relaxation tablets the pain reduces a lot but it starts again later.

Hello....... If x ray is normal either it could be muscle spasm or disc prolapse.. Minor intervertibral disc bulge can't be identified in x ray.. Mri is required in such cases... Physiotherapy helps in back sprain.... Consult orthopedic surgeon and physiotherapist.... Take painkillers if needed..
