Meet spine surgeon , i m spine surgeon from mumbai Lilavati, You need diagnosis first , if you are in pain then physical therapy can worsen your pain . First diagnosis then pain management and then physiotherapy
Next Steps
If it’s disc injury then 3 days complete bed rest and once pain reduces more then 50% then only start Physio for Core /Abdominal/Back extensor muscles strengthening
Health Tips
Avoid low sitting/Prolonged sitting and forward bending for 6 weeks , Continue exercise for 6 weeks
