  4. Lower backache. Way to cure my backache.

Hello Doctor, I am an 25year old adult suffering from lower backache for last two weeks. My family doctor suggested to take an x-ray and everything seems to be normal in the test. He suggested that I need to consult MPT. Can you please guide through this, like is there any other way to cure my backache.

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

U should take physiotherapy treatment fo permenant cure.. pt wil teach u some perticular exercises for back.. take ift and ultra sound and moist hot pack.. plz dnt try to do urself, do it under observation of pt coz ur little mistake may increase ur pain more.. better to consult with dr and start treatment as soon as early..
