Lower back/Upper mid back (left side)
Hi, I'm 27 and male. About 6 weeks ago i started getting lower back pain during the night (when asleep). I'm absolutley fine getting to sleep but after it's woken me up I'm tossing and turning all night, it's only once i'm up in the morning that the pain stops. I also get a pain in the upper/mid left side of my back, but this pain comes on gradually through the day. I've had this for years but it seems worse recently. I've been getting a tingly feeling in my legs and arms. Thanks in advance

I would advise you to meet an orthopedician so that you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as X-Ray, CT/MRI(if indicated) to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. Your symptoms are suggestive of early signs of disc prolapse which has to be confirmed by the investigations and treated accordingly.
