Lower back pain
Whenever I stand and bend a little I feel sudden pain in my lower back. When I sit even I feel pain sometimes. It is severe when I get up in the morning. So plz suggest me some proper medication or some treatment. This pain is there from past 3-4 months. I guess it is due to my sleeping posture on sofa. plz help.
