Lower back pain moving
High Lower back pain which moves towards neck n hips, thighs. Not able to bend or move. Got spine almost straightened in last x-ray done last week. No improvement even after physiotherapy is done as prescribed by doctor.

Please consult Ortho surgeon and get examined for tight muscles in lower limbs and neck and shoulder. Your Physio should include stretching of tight muscles. Get vit d3 tested in blood and take postural training for maintainence of good posture.
