Lower Back pain
Last year on 3rd aug i had fallen from steps and had got hairline fracture on my monkey bone. Which was pretty much recovered but i have lower back pain problem.this Saturday i again slipped n fell on my back and now there is pain in my lower back

This is because of muscle weakness of the back. And it may have increased as you fell down. Consult a physiotherapist.

Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +some strengthening exercises will be helpful for sure.

At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting /standing /travelling /driving /walking +no stair climbing +no cold exposure +no manual exertions +no weight lifting +avoid cold exposure +no forward bending +correct posture (sit tall /with cushion support).

Hi, first of all apply ice to the area Do not bend forward of lift to much weight for a week Please send me reports to go ahead with an exercise plan tailored for you
