Lower back pain in morning after exercis
Hi I have a quick question I have recently just started working out again and this morning when I woke up I am feeling this terrible swelling/tightness in my lower back. I used to feel it every morning a while back so I stopped working out and the symptoms eventually went away. I gave my body time to rest I tried stretches and rolling to relieve the pain but still when I started working out again it’s still the same pain as before.
