I work in IT company from last eight years, I developed lower back pain in the beginning of IT career, I used to keep wallet in pocket while sitting on chair that might have created this problem. After this issue I started doing exercise regularly, it reduced pain but pain returns whenever there is heavy load on back due to traveling or workload. Is there any solution to this problem?

Lower back pain is common amongst IT sector employees due to sitting in one place for long duration. The key to reduce the pain is to maintain a proper posture while you sit. Get up and take a walk or just twist and stretch your back after every hour or so. Continue exercises which will strengthen your back muscles.
