Lower back pain
I have got severe Lower back pain on my right back. Have been taking physiotherapy for the same , but has not helped... Can you some good physiotherapist in pune and wht modalities to be done..

Hi... It depends on ur pain and occupational posture.. Which type of pain u have from how many days.. Once u consult with physiotherapist or ortho dr. They wil do some Physical exam. Test and let u know wht will b best for u.. Hope u wil get better soon. TC

• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily • . Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. • Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. • Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

What is your pain intensity on a scale of 10.( O-no pain, 5& above - going beyond tolerance , 10- being worst pain ever)..when is the pain worse when is it reduced( mention activities like sitting , sit - stand,standing, turning in bed etc ) . What diagnosis has been made previously and what exercises have you been doing ?
Next Steps
what do your investigations i.e. xray .mri etc show ?
