Lower back pain
I have been suferring from intense lower back pain ... it can be because of long sitting hours of work schedule or may be the new workout session that i started 2 months ago The pain was first normal likewise lasted for few hours and after proper rest it will be ok Now its more intense .. m unable to sit continously infact even after sleeping for sound 8 hrs when i wake up i feel very tired and not able to wake up immediately Please suggest !

Hello there...... You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics..... Sit smart. Choose a seat with good lower back support, armrests and a swivel base. Consider placing a pillow or rolled towel in the small of your back to maintain its normal curve. Keep your knees and hips level. Change your position frequently, at least every half-hour....
