Back pain is not usually due to gas or acidity problem. If ur back pain is more than 3 months and associated with early morning stiffnes of more than 30 mins then consult a Rheumatologist. Although majority (approx 90 percent) of cases of low back pain are of mechanical nature.
Next Steps
ESR and CRP to look for inflammatory nature of pain.
