Lower back pain
From past one week i am getting lower back pain with which i am unable to bend properly and unable to stand for much time.

Low back pain can arise due to muscle strain or spasm, joint pathologies, bad posture. Consult an orthopaedician or physiotherapist to diagnose the cause of the pain. Treatment can be suggested based on diagnosis. After pain is relieved, consult physiotherapist to check your spine muscles strength. In case there is muscle weakness, then strengthening will prevent recurrence of back pain.
