Hi Mrs.Jain, Your symptoms correlates with the MRI finding of the intervertebral disc disease. Surprised at the extent of MRI findings at such a young age, must be the result of your work involving prolonged sitting combined with may be poor ergonomics & inadequate core muscle strength.
Next Steps
Since your condition is unlikely to respond to simple physiotherapy approach, you may need attention from a good team of Physician, Surgeon & Rehab professionals
Health Tips
please don't go by the opinion of just one surgeon or a Physio. Try to find a place where all are available, if a Physical Medicine & Rehab physician is in the team, it will be an added advantage.
