Lower back pain
Evrytime i am having a lower back pain.during the periods it increases.i can't sit for long hours.i can't bend down & do any work.very often i get sprain.

Are you obese? If yes, reduce t your weight so that your BMI is not more than 23. Get your blood vitamin D tested. Take supplements if low. Back posture is very important, take care of that. Else, you will have to take pain killers. Get a x Ray of LS spine AP and Lateral done. You must consult a rheumatologist as clinical examination has no alternatives.
