Lower back and gluteal region pain
Pls look my xray of SI joint i am feeling lower back and buttock pain and gluteal region pain , last year MRI was 100% normal

Your x-ray shows a straightened lumbar spine indicating that your  back muscles are in spasm due to the pain .Also your bones appear to be osteoporotic .Even if the  MRI was normal earlier ,you may have a new onset of pain . Visit your orthopedist for clinical examination and further management .
