I am having lower backAche since yesterday.it started all of sudden. No accident or jerk. Left home in good codition as soon I sat in metro I felt some uneasiness in lower back. I am facing difficulty while moving,sitting and standing. While seated and walking I don’t feel any pain. i am 31 year old female.

Hi ,start doing hot water fermentation it appears to me as a muscle pull ,no massage n visit a physiotherapist in person for further treatment ,if in mumbai you can visit us
