I am having calf muscle pain and both calf muscles get tightened. It gives relief only if someone massages or when stretching exercises are performed .
Now over past one month I am having severe pain in the lower sole of right ankle . I put my foot in warm water with salt and later put a tight crepe bandage.

Muscle cramps are usually seen in people whom have to stand for long or in people with calcium or other electrolyte deficiency or who drink less water. So my advise is to drink lots of water even take ORS. Take multivitamin calcium and vitamin E. Take frequent rest and avoid prolonged standing and exertion. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
